Meet the team
Elias Bessudo - Founder
As an entrepreneur, Elias has developed and launched four physical therapy products, helping men and women feel better through accessible, at-home tools. After a skiing accident led him to cold exposure, he quickly discovered its broader health benefits. He loved cold plunges, but found them time-consuming, expensive, and hard to sustain daily. With a busy schedule, he often had to choose between staying consistent with cold therapy or staying productive. That tradeoff sparked the idea for NevSuit.
Jessica Owusu-Afriyie - Product Design
Jessica is a seasoned product designer known for her expertise in fit-focused, high-performance apparel. She played a key role in the development of a line of sculpting swimwear, which was featured on Shark Tank and went on to achieve eight figure revenue and widespread acclaim. With a background spanning activewear, swimwear, and shapewear, Jessica brings deep insight into both innovation and craftsmanship, blending technical precision with a strong sense of style and functionality.
